Masaman Curry involves coconut milk, curry and cashews (or peanuts).  It is very tasty but I have no idea of it&#039;s difficulty level.
As far as I know you just have to sit down in the right place and someone brings it to you.....  I&#039;m hoping that starts to happen at your house!</description>

(And a friend just turned me on to a great Thai place over here... It&#039;s called Top Spice, and it&#039;s pretty good... their Tom Yum soup is amazing.)</description>
