I <3 thai food. Masaman Curry involves coconut milk, curry and cashews (or peanuts). It is very tasty but I have no idea of it's difficulty level. As far as I know you just have to sit down in the right place and someone brings it to you..... I'm hoping that starts to happen at your house! We will definitely have to check that out. It's a little crazy, and Samantha is providing all the crazy I need at the moment... ;-) I'll have to look into the Masaman Curry though... (And a friend just turned me on to a great Thai place over here... It's called Top Spice, and it's pretty good... their Tom Yum soup is amazing.)
